4 Proverbs for the People

According to the Book of Proverbs there are really only two paths in life: the path of wisdom and the path of folly. Solomon says if you step away from wisdom, you don’t find yourself on morally neutral ground, but rather on the path of the fool. He then asks the reader, 70X: “Are you going to go the way of the wise or the way of the fool?” These are two different paths with two different destinations. How will we know which way to go? Proverbs 2:6 says “For the LORD gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” If God is the storehouse of these incredible treasures, we should seek them out from God’s Word. For the month of September, we will treasure hunt in the Proverbs, looking for real wisdom for real life, which speak to the core of our identity & our relationships.
